the labyrinth queen

A fantastical and unflinchingly styled photo series and art film inspired by the film The Labyrinth.  The original movie plot revolves around a young girls quest to reach the center of an enormous otherworldly maze to rescue her infant brother, who has been kidnapped by the Goblin King.  Our invented Goblin Queen holds court in the timless, formal and maze filled Vizcaya Gardens.  High fashion and costume pieces tell the continued story with elegantly styled details and edits emphasize the mystery and cinematic lavishness surrounding the characters.

“the desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul”
